I build things that sell.

Boat captain. Dive-shop founder. Managing partner of a $3.5M restaurant. Leader of a $17M sales division. Co-owner of a remodeling company. I've spent twenty-four years selling and running things across industries most people never cross between — and now I build the systems I wish I'd had along the way.

The Story

Five industries. One job: build it, run it, sell it.

I started my working life on the water in Key West — a licensed 100-ton USCG Master Captain and a NAUI Instructor Trainer, the tier that trains the instructors, not just the divers. In 2002 I founded my first company, Key West Underwater Explorers, running reef trips and private charters. That shop is long gone, but it proved something I've never forgotten: I can build a business from nothing.

Then I spent fourteen years in restaurants — all fourteen, from waiting tables at LongHorn Steakhouse to Managing Partner running a $3.5M operation, leading teams of up to 85 people across four locations and reporting straight to the C-suite. A restaurant P&L doesn't care about your excuses. That's where selling became operating, and where I learned to run things for real.

Next came big-ticket sales. At NewPro Home Solutions — a $100M home-improvement company — I became a top producer at the hardest game there is: the in-home, one-call close. Then I led Connecticut's field sales division to roughly $17 million in its best year on record. Dive trips, dinners, remodels — the product keeps changing. The skill never does.

Today I co-own Imagine Remodel, a real bath remodeling company in Connecticut — real trucks, real crews, real customers. And as an owner, I got burned by marketing agencies the same way you probably have. So I built Azimuth: AI marketing and sales systems contractors own instead of rent forever. I've been the customer who got burned — now I build the fix.

What I Do

Hire one guy. Get five careers' worth of answers.

Most consultants have studied your problem. I've had it — as the salesman, the operator, the owner, and the burned customer. Here's how I put all of that to work.

Close Bigger, Close Faster

The in-home, one-call close is the hardest sale in America — and I've done it at the top-producer level and taught 16-person teams to do the same. I'll build your pitch, your process, and your closers.

Operations That Don't Wobble

Fourteen years of restaurant P&Ls teach you what actually keeps a business standing. I install the systems — hiring, training, accountability, margins — that let you step away without everything falling over.

AI Systems You Own

SEO that ranks, lead-capture sites that convert, and a 24/7 AI voice agent that answers when you can't. Built through Azimuth, owned by you — no agency retainer holding your growth hostage.

Fractional Operator & Advisor

Sometimes you don't need a hire — you need someone who's already made your next five mistakes. I plug in as a fractional exec or a straight-talking sounding board. No jargon, no decks.

The Portfolio

Companies I own, build, and run.

Everything under one roof: Executive Orders LLC, my solo vehicle for the businesses I build and the clients I take on.

Bath Remodeling · Connecticut

A real, operating bath remodeling company I co-founded and co-own. Real trucks, real crews, real customers — and the proving ground where every system I build gets tested before it ever reaches a client.

Azimuth Agency

AI Marketing Systems for Contractors

Done-for-you SEO, lead-capture websites, and a 24/7 AI voice agent — built for home-service contractors who are tired of renting their marketing. Contractors own the system instead of paying forever for one they never see.

In-Home Sales Coaching

One-call-close sales coaching for in-home teams — the same playbook I used to lead a field force to its best year on record, packaged for owners who need their reps to close in the living room.

Executive Orders LLC

Consulting & IP Vehicle

My solo entity — the home for consulting engagements, the systems I build, and the intellectual property behind them. When a company needs something sold or fixed without hiring a whole department, this is who they call.

Where it started — the first company I ever built. Reef trips and private charters out of Key West, backed by a 100-ton USCG Master Captain's license and NAUI Instructor Trainer credentials. Long before the boardrooms and P&Ls, this is where I learned that trust is the whole job — and proof from day one that I could build something from nothing.
