Stick-A-Shot ("the App") is developed and published by **Executive Orders
LLC** ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the App does and does not
do with your information.
**Stick-A-Shot does not collect, transmit, or share any personal
information.** The App has no user accounts, no analytics, and no
advertising. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.
The only exception is in-app purchases: if you choose to buy something,
the App talks to Google Play to complete that purchase. We never see or
receive your payment details. See "In-app purchases" below.
None.
The App does not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal
information, device identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, or
usage analytics.
The App saves your game progress locally on your device. This includes:
This data is stored using your device's local storage. It never leaves
your device, is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and we
cannot access it. Uninstalling the App deletes it.
The App does not integrate any analytics providers, advertising networks,
social media SDKs, or crash-reporting services.
If you make an in-app purchase, that transaction is processed by **Google
Play** under Google's own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the
aggregate sales information Google provides to developers; we do not
receive your payment details. Google's privacy policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
The App contains no advertising of any kind.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including
children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children because
we do not collect data at all.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is no data for us to
access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You can delete all
locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the App.
If a future version of the App adds any feature that collects or
transmits data, this policy will be updated before that version is
released, and the "Last updated" date above will change.

*Note for the Play Console Data Safety form: IAP ships in v1 (Eric,
2026-08-03), so the "no data collected" shortcut no longer applies
cleanly. Google Play billing is the processor and the App never receives
payment details, but confirm whether Google requires declaring purchase
history before submitting the form.*
